Jurnal De Jure is a periodical Scientific Journal published by the University of Balikpapan Faculty of Law twice a year, namely in April and Oktober. De Jure Journal has a vision to be a scientific journal that is able to contribute to developments in the field of legal science. This journal is wide open for legal scientists, legal practitioners, or legal observers who want to express their ideas and critical thinking for the development of law in Indonesia. Manuscripts sent to the editor must meet the De Jure Journal Writing Guidelines. The focus of this Journal is the Criminal Law Group, the Civil Law Class, the International Law Class, the Agrarian Law Class, the Traditional Law Class, the Environmental Law Class, and the State Administration / State Administration Law Class.
